How we work with you

Patients are seen by appointment only, a normal appointment length is 15 minutes. If you require more time please let Emily know when you make the appointment. You may be charged more for extended consultations.

Emily will ask general questions regarding your appointment. This helps Emily to better understand the length of time needed for your appointment and the service you need.

We do try to keep to appointment times but this is sometimes difficult if enough time has not been booked or an emergency occurs. Please feel free to contact us prior to your appointment to ascertain waiting times.

We aim to give our patients appointments in a timely manner, same day appointments are reserved for children and patients needing acute care. 

Consultations with Dr Lobo and or Mandi are generally a 15 minute appointment.  Appointments are available from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday;  On Wednesday appointments are available from 8.00am - 1.00pm. To book an appointment call 09 631 5305 or at any time book through the Patient Portal.

Mandi can often be seen without an appointment, she is best accessed between 10am and 12noon and 2.00pm to 3.00pm Monday – Friday.
